A: Yes. We use a secure shopping cart server that will encript the communication between your browser and our server so that no one can read the information or data contained in the message.

Q: How does an ebook purchase work?

A: The good news is that you will not have to wait on shipping to begin reading the ebook. You will receive a message with a notice to download the ebook file within a an hour or less. After downloading the ebook (it comes in a PDF format), you will use Acrobat Reader (available as a free download from Abode.com) or other PDF reader (Preview if you have a Mac) application. You will be able to read the book on your computer or print out the book to use when away from your computer.

Q: Why are they no prices on the assessments page?

A: There are two reasons for the lack of pricing on our assessments. First, there could be volume discounts involved or the selected assessment may not be the one truly needed - it would be benefit you to discuss objectives desired and the optional solutions available. The second reason is our strategic partner has requested that pricing be discussed with clients rather than become internet price focused with no personal feedback available. We have both found that availability of certified advisors can assist in making the assessment reports become more effective.

Q: Can I speak to a live person about items on your site or even order then off-line?
